Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 June 2026
These Terms of Service set the working rules for Proniit Digital / Proniit Cloud websites, hosting, support, managed applications and VPStacks™ services.
1. Services
Proniit may provide hosting, domains, websites, email services, app deployment, managed open-source software, automation, AI workflow setup, monitoring, support and related digital services.
2. Open-source software
VPStacks™ may include free/open-source software. Clients pay for hosting, setup, configuration, support, maintenance and managed service delivery. Open-source software remains subject to its own licence terms.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, keep login details secure, pay invoices on time, maintain lawful content, respect software licences, and avoid abusive, harmful, illegal, spam, phishing or malware-related activity.
4. Payments and billing
Services may be billed monthly, annually, once-off or by project. Unpaid services may be suspended, restricted or terminated. Refunds, if offered, should be handled according to the specific service agreement or invoice terms.
5. Domains and third-party services
Domain registration, email delivery, payment gateways, DNS providers and third-party platforms may be subject to external provider terms. Proniit is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside its control.
6. Backups
Backups may be provided depending on the hosting package or service agreement. Clients should keep their own critical backups unless a written managed backup agreement states otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
Clients may not use services for illegal content, abuse, attacks, spam, credential theft, malware, unauthorised access, harassment, copyright infringement or activities that damage platform stability or reputation.
8. Support
Support covers agreed services only. Custom development, emergency recovery, third-party plugin/theme failures, content entry, migrations or advanced troubleshooting may require separate billing unless included in a package.
9. Limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable care, but no system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability should be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law and the relevant written service agreement.
10. Changes to services or terms
Proniit may update services, pricing, infrastructure, policies or these terms when necessary. Material changes should be communicated through the website, client area or email where practical.
